How do I talk to Susan?

Susan, your AI therapist, is available from your dashboard. Simply click on "Talk to Susan" and start typing. She'll respond with compassionate, evidence-based support. You can talk about anything - anxiety, stress, relationships, or just needing someone to listen.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

Reset links expire after 24 hours for security.

How do I change my email address?

Go to Settings > Account > Email. Enter your new email address and confirm with your current password. You'll receive a verification email at your new address.

How do I delete my account?

We're sad to see you go, but you can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data. If you're having issues, please contact support first - we'd love to help.

Using Features

How does EMDR therapy work in the app?

Our EMDR feature uses bilateral stimulation (visual, auditory, or haptic) to help process difficult memories. Go to Therapy > EMDR, choose your stimulation type, and follow the guided session. Sessions typically last 15-30 minutes.

How do I track my mood?

Mood tracking is available from your dashboard. Click the mood check-in prompt and select how you're feeling. You can add notes and track factors like sleep, exercise, and social interaction. View your mood history in Analytics.

Can Susan remember our previous conversations?

Yes! Susan maintains context from your previous conversations. She remembers what you've shared, tracks themes over time, and can reference earlier discussions. This helps provide more personalized and continuous support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime, and your data will be preserved.

Can I export my data?
