Knowing how often you're using a word or phrase can be very helpful in tracking how you're doing over time.

Next, type a word of a phrase, enter a description, and hit submit
To view the results of the tracking you setup in part 1 above, click on the "Tracked Data" button on your journal toolbar:

Tagging journal entries can help establish connections between your journals and your goals, issues, negative thoughts, and fears. To start, click the circle icon (shown below) next to the journal entry you want to tag on your journal home page. Currently, you can only link 1 goal, fear, issue, and negative thought to your journal entries.
To customize your journal's color scheme, hit the settings icon on the top left of your journal homepage: Next, select the pre-set color scheme & hit submit
To change your journal password, log out of your journal & hit "forgot password". We're working on adding more flexibility here in a secure way. Once you've set a password, you cannot remove the password. You'll need to make a new account with an unsecured journal to do so.
To delete your journal data, you will have to delete your account through your account settings. To request journal data, please reach out to contact@projectcamus.com for more information.
To start using speech-to-text, hit the microphone icon when writing your journal entry. Wait a second or two, and then start talking - your words should transcribe into your journal entry.
Saying 'save as draft' will save your entry as a draft. Saying 'submit entry' will submit your journal entry. Saying 'undo' will undo the last series of words you spoke. Saying 'title as' followed by a title will set the title of your journal entry.
To earn points, you currently only need to create journal entries. Remember, these journal entries have to be over a certain word count and can't be gibberish. Our flagging system will flag your entry if it detects gibberish, and your account will be subject to termination.
Keep in mind, the point system may change in the future, and is likely to include other aspects of the platform as well.
Yes, reward prices change all the time. There is no guarantee a reward will have the same cost at any given time.
It depends on how quickly you request your refund. Email us at contact@projectcamus.com and if we haven't placed your order yet, we'll refund you all your points. If your order has already been placed, we will not refund your points.
